Dr. Katy Margulis

Prof. Katy Margulis was born in Ukraine and immigrated to Israel in 1990. She earned her BSc in Pharmacy and PhD in Chemistry from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Following postdoctoral training at Stanford University, she joined the Hebrew University, where she is currently a Senior Lecturer at the School of Pharmacy, Institute for Drug Research.

At our laboratory, a dedicated team of pharmacists, chemists and biologists combines expertise from diverse scientific backgrounds to advance the frontiers of drug delivery research. By integrating knowledge in chemistry, pharmacy, nanotechnology, and mass spectrometry imaging, we develop innovative strategies and approach scientific challenges from multiple perspectives.
